Are there guidelines on the type of pet we can get?
We manage homes for different owners who have different pet requirements. Some all types of pets, some allow only small dogs or cats, while others do not allow pets at all. It's best to review the listing for the specific property you're interested in and contact us if you have any questions.
Does a person need to apply to get added as a roommate?
Yes. Everyone over the age of 18 who lives in one of our rentals needs to go through the application process.
