Tenant Screening

PMOSC conducts a full tenant screening including credit, employment, residential verification, eviction, bankruptcy, and a criminal background check all at no charge to you.

Property Inspections

PMOSC uses photos to document move-in and move-out property condition. We conduct routine inspections to ensure your property is taken care of and should an issue arise it is promptly addressed.

Supervised Maintenance

PMOSC has developed a group of trusted contractors to assist in keeping your property in excellent condition. Addressing any issues in a timely manner will save you both time and money while maintaining the value of your property.

Rent Collections
PMOSC collects and processes all rent payments. Ensuring rents are collected on time.

Direct Deposit of Rent Proceeds
PMOSC deposits the rent proceeds directly into the investors bank account. No more trips to the bank to deposit the monthly receipts.

Simplified and accurate accounting is completed on a monthly and annual basis. These reports make income and expense reporting effortless. Many of our clients have their accountants call us directly for their annual report for income tax returns.
